Information Exchange with Tool Providers intensified

The advantage to independent consultation is that products and services can be analysed in an objective and neutral manner. This way, as the client, you receive a solution that is tailored to your needs or, you may consult us as a neutral third party for difficult situations.

It is then important to have comprehensive knowledge of what is available on the market and current developments. That is why we have intensified our information exchange with tool providers. This way we can give competent, up-to-date consultation, also in cooperation with providers if required, to provide optimal support. Naturally, confidentiality is respected at all times.

We maintain this information exchange with providers of various solution types such as translations, editing or project management. For every solution type we keep contact with various companies. We are, for example, authorised as Language Technology Consultants by across Systems and maintain good relations with SDL and other providers, including up and coming companies such as MutiCorpora, to name a few.

We always pay attention to neutrality and neither demand nor accept commissions, expense allowances or the like from tool providers. We also do not accept other restrictions to our independence through expectations of third parties. Insofar as we recommend suppliers, this is based strictly on client requirements or unbiased, comparative analysis of the services offered.
