In this regard, our independence is one of our particular strengths: We do not provide advice in order to sell other services or products. In the case of cooperations, we do not sell any services or products, but limit ourselves to supplementing the portfolio with additional topics. In this way we can achieve together with you the best individual result for you at eye level.

To achieve this, we take into account the context in which you and your employees want to be successful and combine the professional perspective with the employee and organizational perspective so that the projects are supported by the employees, the other departments and the management. At the same time, we always keep an eye on systematic employee development (complementary consulting).
We also quickly developed into a recognised training provider whose events are eligible for funding through European Union, federal and state programmes. In addition, we pass on our expertise as speakers at (also international) leading conferences, with publications in specialist journals and in the context of teaching assignments in master's degree courses and in certificate courses.

Since 2012 we have been working from our new premises in Cologne. They offer a modern and flexible infrastructure and sufficient space for a wide range of activities.
In 2015 we received the award "Best of 2015" in the field of consulting from the renowned INNOVATION AWARD IT of the Initiative Mittelstand. The IT INNOVATION AWARD honours particularly innovative products and services that give companies valuable impulses for increasing their competitiveness. Since 2016 we work with an updated quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
In 2019, we expanded our portfolio to include cooperation agreements with software manufacturers and service providers to supplement their service offerings.
Since 2020, we have been registered as a consultant with the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA); this proof of quality allows you to benefit from various government support measures for our consulting services.
Since 2021, we have been assessing study programs in the field of technical documentation for the Accreditation, Certification and Quality Assurance Institute (ACQUIN) with the aim of accreditation. ACQUIN carries out assessments and accreditations in the higher education sector and thus contributes to shaping the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
We have digitalised our services throughout, so that we can offer you useful and stimulating reorganisation and further training measures both on site and online.
